Ordering

Here you will find detailed instructions for ordering from online store, step by step.

 

We will send your order by mail, usually within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Normally package is ready to be picked up from post within 1 to 3 business days in Finland, a bit longer time outside Finland, after the order is placed. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will try to get it to the storage as soon as possible and then we will send your whole order after that as soon as possible.

 

Delivery methods

1) By post (only inside Finland) - 5,90 e payment regardless of weight.

Products can be picked up from the nearest post office. Post stores orders for 14 days. Post service number is 0200 71000.

Free delivery for orders worth over 150 e (does not apply to orders abroad).

2) Post parcel point (only inside Finland) - 5,90 e payment regardless of weight.

Products can be picked up from the nearest Post parcel point. Post parcel point stores orders for 7 days. Post service number is 0100 85933.

3) Pick up from Lootuskauppa - no extra charge.

Orders can also be picked up from Espoo Kivenlahti one weekday after ordering online. Lootuskauppas warehouse address can be found in Contact information. The products shall be paid in advance via online. Pick up times: Monday - Thursday at 8-12 and 13-16, Fridays at 8-12 and 13-15.

4) International postage - 19,95 e payment regardless of weight.

 

Payment methods

1) Online payment -no extra charge

We accept the following banking services: Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, S-pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Paikallisosuuspankit, Nooa Säästöpankki and Nordea. You can also pay with MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron ja Eurocard cards.

Payment service provider:

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with Finnish bank and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

2) Cash on delivery (only inside Finland)- extra charge 4,90 e

We can also deliver your order by cash on delivery, the products shall be paid in the post office when picking up the package. If package returns back to us as "not picked up", we charge the costs of harm afterwards by invoice.

3) Klarna invoice or Klarna flexible invoice (inside Finland only) -no extra charge for Klarna flexible invoice, Klarna invoice 2,95 e. More information here.

4) Invoice (companies)

Business customers and resellers can also choose to pay by bill. Retail products have a free shipping from orders worth over 350 euros (incl. VAT). From orders worh less than 350 euros we charge a small delivery fee of 15 e. Please specify your business ID when ordering.

To confirm customers identity, we check credit history when ordering for the firs time.

Packages not picked up from post, we charge afterwards the costs for our company in full with invoice.

 

Orders by phone or e-mail

Orders received by phone or e-mail we will send by cash on delivery unless the customer has mentioned otherwise.

 

Product return policy

Products have a 14-day right of return. Products ordered by mail can be returned free of charge as customer return through the mail. The returned product must be unopened in original packaging and must be unused and unchanged. The products are Harjunhovi Ltd's property until the goods have been paid in full. Please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone before you return the product.

Registration

Ordering does not require registration, but by registering as a loyal customer, you can track an order in Lootuskauppa. When you choose a package to be submitted by mail, you can access order information through the link for monitoring the transmission of package.

 

Packages and recycling

We strive to be ecological and recycle packaging materials. It is therefore possible that you will get your product packaged in recycled box.

 

Force majeure

Our company is not responsible for the package delivery to be inhibited, impeded or delayed for any reasons outside our influence.

 

Other specifications:

Prices include VAT. The tax specification is shown in your cart and order confirmation. Children under 18 years of age need parental agreement for their order.

If a product is not in stock, orders can be made even though and the products will be mailed as soon as they arrive.

We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs, and not to send the products if we believe that there is good reason not to. After uncollected cash on delivery shipment, we no longer deliver cash on delivery shipments to the customer, orders can be paid by online payment or pre payment.
